Locality introduction and connectivity
Chirle is a developing residential area adjoining Uran and Ulwe, on the outskirts of Navi Mumbai, situated along the JNPT Road. Residential demand in the area is driven by availability of affordable plots; proximity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), Navi Mumbai SEZ, industrial areas, the under-construction Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, upcoming international airport; and rail connectivity to Nerul and Belapur under development. Residential developments in Chirle currently comprise of Non- Agricultural (NA) plotted projects such as Infratech Sea Link City, LandFina Properties, and MLF Sadanand Nagar.

Chirle has developing rail connectivity to Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane through the newly inaugurated railway lines from Kharkopar to Nerul and Belapur, on the harbour line in November 2018. Kharkopar is the nearest railway station on this line, located 7 km from Chirle. JNPT Road (NH 348) and Uran Road (NH 348A) connect to JNPT, Uran, and Panvel. NH 348A also connects to other areas in Navi Mumbai through the Palm Beach Road and Sion Panvel Expressway. Public transport is offered by Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) and Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) buses which operate from Uran till Panvel and Kopar Khairane. Chirle Fata is the nearest bus stop. The under-construction Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, and the phase 2 of Nerul-Uran railway line which are expected to be operational by the end of 2023, would ease commute to south Mumbai, and other areas in Navi Mumbai. Moreover, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport is around 10 km from Chirle.

Jijamata Hospital, Sanjivani Hospital, Balaji Hospital Ulwe, and Medilife Hospital Ulwe, are some major hospitals in and around Chirle. Ramsheth Thakur International Sports Complex in Ulwe is a key recreational facility around Chirle.

Further, it is situated within 15-20 km of other major commercial centers such as JNPT, ONGC Uran, Nerul MIDC, and Central Business District (CBD) Belapur. Additionally, it has good road connectivity to other industrial and commercial hubs including Taloja MIDC, Reliance Corporate Park, Mahape MIDC, Sanpada MIDC, TTC Industrial area, and various IT Parks in Vashi.
